Venture Factors is the business development arm of Zabaleta & Company, a private family-held corporation based in the Philippines involved in the property, real estate, agriculture, food, biofuel and bioenergy sectors. We work to identify, pursue and realize new small to mid-sized business opportunities within our geographical scope and industry sectors, thereafter putting in place a management team for each operating business. With offices in Manila and Washington DC, as well as representative offices in London and Sydney, we always work with partners with local know-how and business specific expertise. Since its launch in the year 2000, among its completed endeavors are the leveraged buy-out of San Julio Realty, the founding of Bronzeoak Clean Energy, the acquisition of A&H Seafood Market, and the establishment of San Carlos Bioenergy, the first integrated sugar-cane to fuel-ethanol plant in South East Asia. |
